Recruitment Consultant / Account Manager
Location: Watford
Salary: £25,000 to £35,000 plus commission
In order to be considered for the role of Recruitment Consultant / Account Manager will have gained the following skills and experience:
. Sales experience, not necessarily from recruitment background as training can be provided
. Candidates should have experience in sales and working to targets in similar roles such as Estate Agency, Telesales Gym membership etc.
. Drive and self-motivation
. Good time management and organisational skills
. Enjoy working in a team environment
The successful candidate for the role of Recruitment Consultant/ Account Manager will have the following duties and responsibilities:
. This position will involve the full circle of recruitment, identifying new opportunities and clients and developing these into customers.
. The successful candidate will also have the responsibility of managing and increasing the business with some already pre-existing customers, increasing the revenue from these clients.
In return you will gain from working for a boutique agency, focusing on the European market. Basic salary will depend on experience and the days that the candidate can commit to but will be competitive + attractive commission scheme.
