Job Specification – Duty Manager

Job Title:                                 Duty Manager

Reporting to:                          General Manager

Responsible for:                      Duty Management

Scope of Position:

Supporting the running of the efficient operation of day to day hotel business needs whilst maintaining a courteous service for all our guests.  To ensure all procedures are carried out to company & hotel standards.  To exceed guest expectations and deliver service on time whilst building guest relationships and efficient feedback systems to the management teams.

 

Essential requirements:

A minimum of 6 months experience in a full time hotel duty management or guest care relation position.
A team player.
A good motivator.
Good communication and organisational skills
Financial awareness.
The ability to train others.
The ability to work in a busy environment and under pressure

 

Desirable skills/qualities:

Computer literate. First Aid Certificate.

Salary Offered:     £21,000. PA depending on experience
