Salary £21645 to £28800

Hours:  Full-time or part-time 20-35 hours per week

We are recruiting for an International bank in the St Helier area.

The role involves helping with greeting people in the banking hall, servicing them at the welcome desk and educating customers about other avenues they can take to perform their everyday banking needs are key aspects of the role.

The company offers comprehensive training so you don’t need a background in finance or banking but simply a willingness for answering questions or processing transaction. The role offers the chance to enhance customers’ expectations by making recommendations on a range of products and services.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a busy, ever changing customer orientated environment, enjoying the challenge and rewards involved in dealing with hundreds of different customers with hundreds of different queries. In return our client will provide great training, helping you develop an in-depth knowledge of our client’s products and processes, and giving you the communication and people skills you’ll need to deliver the high standards of service our customers.

Ideally you will have experience of helping customers, delivering excellent service; answering queries, sorting out any problems and recommending different services or products and be willing to work on Saturdays.
