Location: Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire

Salary: £18,000- £20,000

Hours: Full Time – Monday to Friday

Job Purpose Summary:

To provide outstanding customer service to existing clients and adhoc office duties.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Managing the registration  of employees for new/existing clients
  • Sending contract for service to clients for each newly registered employees
  • Liaise with clients regarding appropriate paperwork required for registration
  • Additional cover for Account Manager’s as required
  • Follow up telephone calls to newly registered employees for additional information
  • Identifying and develop new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients
  • Customer Service – no sales targets

Position Requirements:

  • 12- 18 months experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport and liaise with individuals at all levels
  • Sales/customer service experience
  • People orientated / enjoy building successful customer relationships whilst maintaining a professional approach
  • A commitment towards delivering and maintaining a high level of service to clients
  • A positive and dynamic work ethic with a desire to play an integral role in growing the business and achieving both individual and business success
