Job Title:                                Conference and Banqueting Supervisor

Responsible to:                     The Conference & Banqueting Manager
Overall Purpose:

To assist in the smooth running of the conference and banqueting department ensuring guests receive the highest standards of service and co-operation at all times.


Operational Key Points:

·         To ensure that the function rooms are set to the specific standards outlined by the Stoke Park Standards of Operations.

·         To maintain a high level of customer care.

·         To offer correct service of food and drinks according to set standards.

·         To the services from the kitchen and restaurant

·         To ensure that you maintain a high level of personal presentation and hygiene.

·         To adhere to all company policies and procedures.

·         To communicate all guest comments to your line Manager.

·         To comply with all the aspects of the Health and Safety and Fire policies.

·         To adhere to and be subject to all Terms and Conditions as laid out in the Company contract.

·         To ensure all cutlery and crockery are polished to the standard expected and all areas are kept clean and hygienic.

·         To ensure back of the house is always clean and tidy.
